About
The department of Behavioral Science and Community Health is housed with the College of Health and Health Professions and is comprised of two divisions, Rehabilitation Counseling, and the public health concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences.
Departmental Purpose
To enhance health, quality of life, and well-being through education, research, and intervention at the individual, social and environmental levels – drawing from the interdisciplinary perspectives and approaches of prevention, rehabilitation, and health promotion.
