Eliza Warren, MS
Eliza Warren (nicknamed “Ellie”) graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in the spring of 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Wellness, with a minor in Psychology. She started the joint Clinical and Health Psychology Ph.D./Master’s of Public Health program at the University of Florida in the Fall of 2014, and her Public Health concentration is Social and Behavioral Sciences.
In Clinical and Health Psychology, she works under the mentorship of Dr. Michael Perri, studying obesity and physical activity. In the Spring of 2016 she wrote her Clinical and Health Psychology Master’s thesis on improvements of physical activity in different doses of a behavioral weight-loss intervention. She also assesses and treats therapy patients at the UF Psychology Clinic.
Eliza is interested in weight management, mind/body health and fitness, physical activity, addictions, and self-worth. She is a certified personal trainer and an avid exerciser, yogi, and lover of family, art, nature, music, and nutrition.
