Joseph Sacht

Sacht_HeadshotJoey Sacht received his Bachelors in both Psychology and Political Science at the University of the Florida in May 2016. His public health interests include health disparities, sexual health, HIV/ADS, and other infectious diseases.

Currently, Joey is working with Southern HIV and Alcohol Research Consortium (SHARC) in the Department of Epidemiology to study HIV and its comorbidity with substance use and abuse, including alcohol and marijuana.

Outside of school, Joey enjoys playing trivia at local restaurants, visiting nature parks and springs, and reading both fiction and non-fiction novels.
